Messing around with india ink again. It didn't exactly work out the way I planned, I really need to practise with dark and light and leaving stuff out and such, but oh well, my mom really likes it so I even put it on the site.
By the way, I didn't sketch this first or something... this is the sketch *sheepish grin*

Two original characters. I keep on forgetting what color Isabel's hair is *blush* Either blond or light brown. I think I made her a blonde eventually. She's brownhaired here, though.

I uhm, drew this before I realized Vos is in fact, as his name suggests, quite red. That's what I get for changing around the coloring so often.

There are so many things wrong here, starting with the fact that I can't draw guns worth shit *grin* But it still amuses me to no ends. The boyfriend at the time and I lasergaming. Was entertaining, to say the least. We may have played out James-Bondish scenes. Then again, we may not. I'm not telling.
No references used, obviously. Might just do that next time, it'll probably help *grin*

So my mom and I went lifedrawing for a day! Oh, I've missed that.

Charcoal and the colored ones in pastel. Loads of fun! I've never lifedrawn anything in color so this was uhm, amusing *grin* Two different models, as should be clear...

'Illustration' for a poem I wrote (which you can find in ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) aerell *grin*).

Left to right, top to bottom: tryout for an illustration, my version of a closet drama (don't know if you can see but the sweaters are embracing. It's a scandal!), another pose (I do own those PJs, but there are never birds on my bed..), a sexy christmas lady with some weird lines, and one of my professors (screwed up the eye, but otherwise it actually looks like him).

Frustration on the left side, some stressy peoples on the right (know the feeling like someone is throwing a fit in your stomach?), a representation of our dog when he's pissed (we think he looks like a Gremlin when he does that), and uhm, kitty. And mice. I really like the mice *grin*

Okay this is real doodling so I don't even know why I'm showing you this except for the fact that it did take me precious minutes of my class to doodle it in the first place!

If I ever get to it, I might try and paint it. Should make for a colorful picture! And fun to paint.

This is an actual illustration (okay, well, a sketch for, if I'd ever make a real illustration out of it) for the poem "Soledad" by Robert Hayden. Loved the imagery, tried to do something with it... if I ever do make a decent illustration out of it, I'll figure out some way of showing the inside of his dreams around him.

I really liked illustrating a poem, mostly because the imagery is already there (makes the job easy, doesn't it?). Think I'm going to do this more often, just for fun!

Hmm what do you think? It's an article on how the catholic identity of our university is disappearing(/forgotten), so I figured I'd draw something that is fraying, unraveling... But I fear it's a little too obscure. Kim thought maybe I should draw his legs as well...
Oh, the end result should be done in india ink and maybe photos of the hands/face, not sure. Share your ideas, please!!
